Meet Jag: Children's Yoga Teacher

Hi, my name is Jag, Yoga provides as a means to bringing the body, mind and breath such that we can connect with our inner spirit. 

Yoga has been a part of my life from a young age and I am truly fortunate to be born into this world within a family and culture that has taught me the importance of Yoga and Spirituality.  Without this wisdom and understanding, I definitely would not have been able to know of the practises of how to live each moment more mindfully.  I feel so blessed to have such knowledge and awareness in my life! 

 

My Passion in Life?

I will always be a student on my Yoga journey and hope I can inspire many others to find their true self connection in their own journey.

 

Favourite way to spend a day off?

At a spa surrounded by steam, water and relaxing on a hot stone chair!

 

Favourite Pose?

Knees to Ears Pose (Karnapidasana) – it’s an extension of the Halasana pose

 

What's one thing that can instantly make my day better?

A cup of chai made with mint and fresh ginger

 

Which meal is your favourite: breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

 I love my brunch (breakfast and lunch)

I love my own version of porridge with fresh juice, ginger, seeds, fruit, nuts and many more varying and spicy ingredients.

It’s my daily vitamin dose!
