We teach from walking age up to 18 year olds.

We can take up to a maximum of 15 Children (depending on the space available) per 30 minute class with a teaching assistant in the room. This is to ensure quality of the class as well as health and safety.

Yes. Our teenage boys yoga classes are designed to incorporate strength, balance and flexibility. Focusing specifically on shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Common areas for tension in the male body. These classes are great as a compliment to their existing sporting activities.

We require 48 hour notice period to cancel a class. If you need to cancel a term, we will need at least a months notice.

Depending on your circumstances and where you are on your yoga journey, we have a variety of training courses for you to choose from. Each course will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to build and enhance your yoga career and practice. 

Upon completion of the course, you will receive an accreditation with Yoga Alliance.

Our courses are taught in English

The answer to the question of doing YTT while pregnant is not black and white.
The point here is that there are various factors you need to consider. If you’re pregnant it is essential that you get the okay from your doctor and that your due date is way past the completion date of your teacher training. It also depends on what type of YTT you are doing. Obviously doing our Teen training is different from the Mindfulness course. And also, how strong is your personal practice? It would be easier and safer for someone with a strong practice than for someone that hasn’t been practising for very long.

Although there is no actual exam, online trainees will be assessed throughout the course on attendance, participation, assignments and personal practice. If the training is face to face then you would also be required to teach a class to the group.
Be very sceptical of programs that have a 100% graduation rate. At BEAM we will support you, as well as we can, to prepare you but you will also need to put in the effort.

Each YTT is different and involves a variety of things.
