Meet Jasmine: Children's Yoga TeacherJul 12, 2023
Hello my name is Jasmine.
Yoga came into my life a few years back and it quickly became one of my life’s passions.
I feel so privileged to be able to work with children and over the years my two sons have embraced yoga alongside me. I absolutely love teaching them yoga. I have worked in primary school as a teaching assistant working with some sen pupils too whilst completing my level 3 supporting teaching and learning.
I have recently completed my 200 hours Yoga teacher training.
There are so many poses I love to practice depending on how my body is feeling on any particular day but if I absolutely had to choose wheel pose is my favourite as I love opening up my heart space, feeling the expansion within me. Allowing me to be more compassionate, more kind more empathetic and ultimately filled with Love. ❤✨

What is your favourite way to spend a day?
My favourite way to spend a day is waking up by the sea then going straight to the beach to practice yoga for 1 hour then laying on the beach eating fruits and swimming in the sea. Then going on a beautiful glass bottom boat so I can see all the beautiful tropical fish and creatures under the sea. Then later having lots of beautiful food at a lovely restaurant, by the beach with candles and looking up at the stars.
