As a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher, my mission is to guide students on their journey to holistic well-being, empowering them to discover their inner strength, cultivate mindfulness, and foster a deep connection between their mind, body, and spirit.

 
I believe in the transformative power of yoga for individuals of all ages, and I am eager to share this holistic practice with children, instilling in them the foundations of mindfulness and self-care.
 
My approach to teaching is rooted in creating a safe and inclusive space where individuals of all backgrounds and abilities can explore and grow.
 
I believe that yoga extends beyond the physical asanas, encompassing the integration of breath, meditation, and self-reflection. I strive to offer well-rounded classes that not only challenge students physically but also nourish their mental and emotional well-being.
 
 

What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?

A day of self care! Yoga, meditation, reading my favourite book, getting out for a walk with my dog and a chilled out evening :)
 
 

What was the best vacation you ever took and why?

Sri Lanka! We did an organised tour so we got to see so many places and did so many incredible activities. The country is stunning, the food is so tasty and the people are kind!
 
 

What was the last thing you read?

The last book I finished was ‘Stolen Focus’ by Johann Hari. Fantastic book, I recommend to anyone!
 
 

What's your favorite season and why?

Summer for sure. I love the heat and the long days ��
 
 

What's one thing that can instantly make your day better?

My sausage dog, Ralph!
