Meet Rita: Children's Yoga TeacherDec 06, 2023
Hello everyone! My name is Rita, I was in banking before becoming a yoga teacher about 5 years ago. I started practicing yoga not only to build muscle definition, but more importantly to find balance in my own body and mind, as well as giving myself a one-hour space not to think about work!
I love practicing yoga so much that I have decided to pursue a teaching career after finishing 500-hour YTT. My passion is to share my experience and help students to work on alignments, reduce stress and improve flexibility! My students include children from 5 to adults age 70+, they are all fun to work with on different levels!
I am so looking forward to working with toddlers and preschoolers!
Q: Which meal is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, or dinner?
A: Breakfast! I need my fruits, yogurt and coffee to start the day.

A: Peru! I would love to visit the beautiful Machu Picchu and try the number 1 restaurant on the World’s Best 50 List!
