Train to teach yoga and wellbeing to children and young people with additional needs. This accredited 50-hour course runs live online, in person in London, or as a flexible hybrid option.

You will learn how to create calm, structured and supportive sessions that meet a range of sensory, emotional and physical needs. You will explore posture adaptations, gentle movement, simple breathing, sensory play ideas, grounding techniques and relaxation. You will also build confidence in communication, behaviour support and working alongside schools and families.

When you complete the course, you will feel prepared to lead inclusive and meaningful sessions in mainstream and specialist settings, helping young people feel safe, confident and seen.

What's on the SEN yoga and wellbeing teacher training course

This 50-hour accredited training gives you the tools to guide children and teens with special or additional needs through yoga and wellbeing sessions that are safe, engaging and adaptive. You’ll explore how to modify postures, support sensory and emotional wellbeing, integrate breathwork, massage, sound and mindfulness, and design age-appropriate group or individual classes. With hybrid delivery options (online or in-person in London), you’ll complete 12 modules, gain a certificate, join a supportive graduate community and leave ready to teach in specialist and mainstream settings.
