By taking this course, you will learn how to teach fun, engaging and safe yoga classes to children from Babies to 5 years old through super fun story-led adventures. The course will help you learn how to adapt and modify yoga postures, create your own super fun stories, warm ups, fun ideas and props, games, music, visualisations and affirmations and so much more to give you the tools and confidence to teach a successful Early Years Yoga class. We also have a dedicated section with tips on how to build your own yoga business into schools, nurseries and yoga studios.
