ABOUT THE COURSE
This is a challenging time for most teens, it’s a time of transition, moving into a more independent zone away from the continuous guidance of parents and teachers. It can be a very exciting time but also daunting for some.
Yoga and mindfulness can provide a lot of assistance and answers to many of the concerns that the adolescent population are facing and make this period of their life as awesome as it should be.
