Norbury Hill Cubs
We cannot speak highly enough of Maria and the entire Beam Yoga Academy team. They have been delivering yoga classes at Norbury Hill Cubs Nursery for nearly 13 years, and in that time, they have become so much more than service providers – they truly feel like family.
The classes cater beautifully to all our age groups, from tiny 6-month-olds right through to our 4-year-olds, and every session is thoughtfully tailored to each developmental stage. The children absolutely love their yoga time, and it's wonderful to see their faces light up when they know it's yoga day.
Over the years, we've had the pleasure of working with various teachers from Beam Yoga Academy, and every single one has been brilliant. They bring warmth, patience, and genuine enthusiasm to each class, creating a nurturing environment where our little ones can explore movement, learn mindfulness, and develop body awareness in the most engaging way.
The impact goes beyond just physical activity – the classes teach valuable life skills like mindfulness, breathing techniques, and emotional regulation that benefit the children well beyond their time at nursery.
After 13 years of partnership, we consider Beam Yoga Academy an integral part of our nursery community. We're incredibly grateful for their consistent excellence and the positive influence they've had on countless children who have come through our doors.
Highly recommended for any early years setting!

We are delighted with the consistent yoga sessions provided by Teresa from Beam Academy.
Each week she spends time with our babies, toddlers, and nursery children in our nursery, moving from room to room so everyone can take part. The children now look forward to the activity, and they have learnt simple breathing techniques along with fun poses they can remember by name. Teresa’s sessions are always lively, engaging, and full of joy, all of the children as well as nursery practitioners enjoy participating and benefit from the experience.

Our teacher Portia is absolutely superb! Each week she tells a new story keeping the children fully engaged and gently encourages them all to make the yoga moves alongside the story. All of the team and children really look forward to her sessions! Latti is great to deal with in customer care, she's efficient and very friendly. Overall I'd thoroughly recommend them, and they're reasonably priced in comparison to other Yoga providers I've had quotes from.

Sydenham Nursery
Over the past few years, the children have been enjoying the yoga sessions - and what a wonderful experience it has been! The classes give the children a chance to move their bodies, stretch, and relax while having fun together.
It’s been lovely to see how focused and proud the children are during each session - many are now remembering the poses and helping their friends too!

We have use Beam Academy to conduct weekly yoga classes at Blossom Years Valeswood, which is a pre-school where I am the manager. The children thoroughly enjoy the sessions and often ask for more! The instructor, Gemma, is absolutely brilliant! She clearly understands the abilities of individual children and caters to each wonderfully. I would 100% recommend for any early years institutions and schools. A real gem of a find! Thanks to Gemma and Beam Academy.

The teens look forward to their weekly yoga and mindfulness classes. I've noticed a difference after a month in the pupils mental health. They do seem to be a lot calmer and it helps them settle their nerves when it comes to exams.
